Reginald Bowser
Reginald Bowser is the Managing Director and CEO of Red Bow Partners, whose businesses include marketing services, hotel development and management, industrial packaging distribution, digital imaging and real estate development.
Mr. Bowser has over twenty years of successful marketing, entrepreneurial and leadership experience. Prior to establishing Red Bow Partners, he was the Founder, President and CEO of RolloverSystems, Inc., a financial services technology firm that revolutionized the 401(k) rollover transaction process for investors, employers and financial institutions. While leading RolloverSystems, the nation’s top financial institutions became clients of the firm, including Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Chase, MassMutual and Oppenheimer. During Mr. Bowser’s tenure, he and the company received numerous awards for its technology and products, including the Pathfinder, Diamond-in-the-Rough, and Top HR Product of the Year designations. In 2006, Mr. Bowser was issued patent #7,155,407 by the USPTO for his groundbreaking process for handling rollover transactions.
Before establishing RolloverSystems, Mr. Bowser served as Vice President of Marketing and Advertising for LendingTree, Inc. As an original team member of the company, he directed every facet of the company’s marketing and advertising strategy, including the launch of the highly successful When Banks Compete, You Win advertising campaign. The campaign was responsible for making LendingTree the dominant brand in online lending – a position it still enjoys today.
Mr. Bowser began his career with the Eastman Kodak Company, where he worked in various sales, marketing and analyst roles. He has a BS from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and an MBA from The Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Trina Rhodes - Vice President, Strategy and Operations
Trina Rhodes is Vice President of Strategy and Operations for Red Bow Packaging. She began her career in the chemical manufacturing industry as a product development engineer with ICI Films. Most recently, Ms. Rhodes was a Managing Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting LLP where she specialized in operational consulting and strategic planning. Although her industry experience is quite broad, Ms. Rhodes has primarily worked with manufacturing and industrial clients.
Ms. Rhodes earned B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a MBA degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Jonathan Grooms – Vice President, National Accounts
Jonathan Grooms was a co-founder of Red Bow Packaging's predecessor, Turnkey Packaging. He began his career as a process manager for Ethox Chemical Company, and then joined the Cryovac Division of Sealed Air Corporation - a world leader in the manufacturing of flexible films for the food and industrial markets. While at Cryovac, he held positions in engineering and manufacturing before taking on the challenge of a multi-state sales territory. In 2003, Mr. Grooms earned the Sealed Air Shrink Packaging Division Top Sales Person recognition.
Mr. Grooms received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
Susan Parks – Business Manager
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Ms. Parks began her career working in general management with several companies in the Memphis area. She was recruited by Otis Spunkmeyer, Inc. as a manager to open their new distribution center; and she later joined WM Barr & Company as a sales support manager and accountant.
Ms. Parks joined the Turnkey Packaging team in 2005 to manage business operation, and she's the lifeblood of our organization. She received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Memphis.
